National Lok Adalat was organized in the Civil Court premises on Saturday. District Judge Rananjay Kumar Verma himself took command for the success of the National Lok Adalat. Strictly monitored the arrangements of the Lok Adalat organized in the court premises since Saturday morning. The District Judge visited all the camps organized by various departments including banks in the campus and took information and also talked to the litigants who had come for settlement. Ram Pratap Dubey, a resident of Kuchera, had an outstanding of Rs 3,68,000 in UP Baroda Gramin Bank. The district judge settled it for Rs 1,50,000. On the basis of a settlement agreement from the Family Court, 17 couples agreed to live together. At the same time, the eight year old land dispute was resolved in the court of Civil Judge Sadar. The event of National Lok Adalat started after the District Judge garlanded the picture of Mother Saraswati and lit the lamp. The District Judge urged the bank officials present in the Lok Adalat to settle the cases of the customers with a big heart. The entire Civil Court complex was decorated on the occasion of Rashtriya Lok Adalat.
