
Lord Shri Ram is a symbol of a universal connection. He is beyond the boundaries of religion, caste, creed, sect, province, language, countries and continents. They act as a bridge between diverse cultures and beliefs. That is why the anniversary of Ram Lalla’s life was celebrated not only in the country but also in foreign countries. In Bahrain, located in the Persian Gulf, celebrations were also held on the anniversary of Sri Ram Lalla’s death and Prasad sent from Ayodhya was distributed. The discarded clothes of Shri Ram Lala and the offerings from the Ram temple were sent to Bahrain on the wish of the organisers. Even at the time of consecration, a grand event was organized at the Durga Mata Temple in Bahrain. The devotees there had also donated seven cows to the cow shelter located at Karsevakapuram. On this 17th January, “Pratishtha Dwadashi” was celebrated in Bahrain. Amidst the playing of chenda, women took out a procession carrying thalam.
