Police has busted a gang of vehicle thieves in Ramnagari. Five members of this gang including the kingpin were arrested and five four wheelers and three engines along with many parts of vehicles were recovered.

Police has busted a gang of vehicle thieves in Ramnagari. Five members including the kingpin of the gang were arrested and five four-wheelers and three engines along with several vehicle parts were recovered. Kotwali Ayodhya police took this action and arrested the accused near the new Saryu bridge. All the members of the gang used to smuggle stolen vehicles. The accused arrested by the police include Shivpujan Vishwakarma, Manoj Gupta, Suraj Gupta, Mohammad Mustakim and Suresh Gupta.
CO Ayodhya Ashutosh Tiwari said that the arrested accused are residents of Balrampur and Siddharthnagar. These people used to steal vehicles like Innova, Scorpio, Bolero and DCM. The gang members are being questioned. They may have links with other places as well. Further action will be taken on this basis. Many other crimes may also be revealed.
