It is harsh winter in UP. Ayodhya remained the coldest district in the state for the second consecutive day. The minimum temperature here was recorded 3.3 degrees below normal. It was a different matter that due to sunshine throughout the day, the maximum temperature reached 22 degrees, 1.4 degrees more than normal. This was the highest in recent days.
