Ayodhya. The Agriculture Department has provided opportunities to educated unemployed youth to get involved in self-employment. Youth can now create their own source of income by opening an Agri Junction shop. For this, help is also being provided by the Yogi government of the state. 30 unemployed youth in the district are being trained to open their own shops under the Agri Junction scheme.
Agri Junction shops are being opened at various places by the Agriculture Department. In these shops, pesticides and fertilizers can be sold along with manure and seeds. For this, a license has to be obtained first, only then one can become eligible to open an Agri Junction shop. The Agriculture Department will provide self-employment to unemployed graduates of agriculture or chemistry aged between 18 to 40 years by opening shops in the blocks in the name of Agri Junction.
To apply, the youth will have to submit Aadhar card, PAN card, educational certificate of graduation or certificate of studying in agriculture subject from Agri Junction Center. Along with this, photo and mobile number will also have to be submitted at the departmental office. After this, the eligible candidate will be given the benefit of this scheme after verification.
Opportunity for youth sitting at home after completing their graduation in agriculture
District Agriculture Officer OP Mishra says that this scheme of the Agriculture Department is to solve the problem of unemployment. Such youth who are sitting unemployed at home after completing graduation in agriculture are being given the opportunity to open Agri Junction Shop. Employment opportunities will be available through this shop and help will also be given from the department from time to time. Farmers will also be able to get the right medicine, pesticide, fertilizer and seeds. They will not need to wander anywhere.
The state government will also give a loan of Rs 5 lakh
30 youths are being trained for self-employment by the Agriculture Department. Trained unemployed youth will be given the license of Agri Junction by the Agriculture Department. Seeds, fertilizers and chemicals will be available under one roof. If you open a shop in a rented house, the government will provide rent of Rs. 1000 per month and a loan of Rs. 5 lakh. A subsidy of Rs. 62 thousand is also to be given in this.
