Ayodhya. A meeting of the Town Vending Zone Committee was held under the chairmanship of Municipal Commissioner Santosh Sharma. In this, a list of 15 sites was presented for vending zones in the municipal corporation area. The site between Teedi Bazaar to Mohbara and Niyawan Chauraha to Machhli Bazaar was approved by the committee members.
Consensus was also reached on the locations from ITI to RTO Office, Devkali Overbridge Service Lane, Shankargarh Chauraha, Cantt Railway Station to GIC, Sahadatganj, near Sabji Mandi, Gaddapur Road and Sultanpur Road. Regarding allotment of shops in the zone, the committee decided that the shopkeeper who will be allotted shops will have to pay a premium fee of Rs 10,000 and a user charge of Rs 500. Dustbins will have to be kept in shops for disposal of garbage. If someone else is allowed to occupy the shop allotted in your name, its allotment will be cancelled. Allotment of shops will be done through lottery process.
Additional Municipal Commissioner Sumit Kumar, Assistant Municipal Commissioner Saurabh Nath, Councilor Akhilesh Pandey, Chief Tax Assessment Officer Gajendra Kumar, Tax Assessment Officer Hargovind Singh Yadav, Assistant Engineer Rajpati Yadav, Assistant Engineer Satendra, PO DUDA Yamini Ranjan, Ganesh Shankar, Garima Saroj, Anita Dwivedi and Abha Singh were present in the meeting.
