Run for Ram Marathon was held on Sunday morning at Ramnagri Ayodhya. The 21 km journey started at four in the morning. With this, 10:00 km and three km family marathon started at 7:00 am. Thousands of people have attended three types of different marathons. Dr. Anil Mishra, a trustee of the Ram Mandir Trust with Sports Minister Girish Chandra Yadav, flagged off the marathon race. The marathon was held at Rampath. After the completion of the parikrama renovation route, a marathon will be organized soon on the 14 Kos Parikrama Marg. After the decision in favor of the Ram temple, three years ago, the Ram Mandir Trust launched the Run for Ram competition to connect the youth with spirituality, which was later organized by Krida Bharati. Today thousands of Ram devotees attended the marathon. There are 21 kilometers, 10 kilometers and three kilometers of marathon named after Lord Rama. It has first, second and third prizes. The winning players were awarded the cash prize. In the marathon, the runner started from Ramkatha Park and ended at Ramkatha Park again via Rampath. Cash prizes were also distributed to participants participating in the marathon. The first prize was won by Ambedkaranagar Niwari Prince Raj Yadav and second prize by Nitish resident of Ballia.
