Son’s Murderer Denied Bail – Ayodhya News

Ayodhya. The court refused to grant bail to Jagdish, accused of brutally murdering his only son by stabbing him in the neck.

Additional Sessions Judge I Vandana Singh on Wednesday heard the bail application of Jagdish, who is lodged in jail in the case of murder of his son. After listening to the arguments of the prosecution and the accused side’s advocate, finding the incident to be of serious nature, the bail application of accused Jagdish was cancelled. According to the prosecution, the incident took place three months ago in Patranga police station area.

On the night of 19 August 24, at 9 pm, Jagdish, a resident of Indara, Ramai, had an argument with his son Rinku over a domestic matter. Jagdish brought a knife from inside the house and stabbed Rinku several times on the neck due to which he fell down bleeding. Rinku was taken to Mavai Hospital in 108 ambulance where doctors declared her brought dead. A case was registered on the complaint of Rinku’s wife Madhura.
