Rti, Legal, Examination, Academic Related Work Now Through E-samarth: Vice Chancellor – Ayodhya News


Ayodhya. A meeting was held with officials and teachers under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof. Pratibha Goyal for the implementation of e-Samarth in the Kautilya Administrative Auditorium of Avadh University. The Vice Chancellor said that all the works like RTI, legal, examination, academic, marksheet, degree will be executed through the Samarth portal only.

He said that now all the students will be able to get all the information related to the course from the Samarth portal on their login dashboard. The Vice Chancellor further said that the registration of students of all the courses run in the residential campus has been done on the Samarth portal. He said that since the month of July, the salary of all the teachers and non-teaching staff has been paid through the Samarth portal.

Nodal officer Prof. Shailendra Kumar provided detailed information about e-governance to be implemented in the university campus and affiliated colleges through Samarth portal. Registrar Dr. Anjani Kumar Mishra, Controller of Examinations Umanath, Prof. SS Mishra, Prof. Ashutosh Sinha, Prof. Tuhina Verma, Prof. Neelam Pathak and others were present in the meeting.

Ayodhya. The 29th convocation of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University will be held on September 20 at 11 am in Swami Vivekananda Auditorium. The ceremony will be presided over by Chancellor and Governor Anandiben Patel. The chief guest of the program will be Prof. Bhagwati Prakash Sharma, Chairman of UNESCO MGIEP, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development, New Delhi.

The special guests of this ceremony will be Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay and State Minister for Higher Education Rajni Tiwari. In the convocation ceremony, the Governor will award a total of 114 gold medals to the students securing the highest marks. In this, 2 lakh 218 degrees of the university and affiliated colleges will be uploaded in Digilocker. At the same time, 170 PhD degrees will be awarded in the convocation ceremony. (Dialogue)
