At the same time, the doctor advises that heart and respiratory patients need to take special precautions at such times.
There is humidity in the atmosphere due to the westerly wind that has been blowing for the last four days. Despite this, the climate in the city was in clean category. The AQI was 120 on Saturday which came down to 84 on Sunday. After this, on Monday, there were huge fireworks in the city to celebrate the consecration of life in Shri Ram temple. As a result, AQI increased to 130 on Monday night. By 11 am on Tuesday it had increased to 160.
This situation of pollution is there when most of the construction work in the city is closed these days. According to meteorologist Jaiprakash, due to moisture in the atmosphere, pollution particles are not able to go up into the atmosphere. Due to which fog and mist are created.
