Officials and members of affiliated organizations of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh came out on the streets to protest against the oppression of Hindus in Bangladesh. A large number of saints and mahants of Ramnagari also participated in the rally. On Tuesday, a public protest rally was taken out from the historic Gulabbari ground here. This rally proceeded towards Gandhi Park through various routes of the city. Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust also participated in the rally. While delivering his address at the rally, he demanded direct intervention from the Modi government at the Center in the Bangladesh issue.
