VIDEO: Preparation to develop a new residential scheme on Ayodhya-Basti highway

Under the Chief Minister’s Urban Extension Scheme, a new residential scheme is ready to be developed on the Ayodhya-Basti highway. 107 hectares of land will be acquired at a cost of Rs 300 crore at a distance of just five kilometers from the Ram temple. For this, the Ayodhya Development Authority has started the survey. After Ramlala’s life prestige in the grand temple, the Development Authority first launched the Vasistha Kunj Residential Scheme on the Ayodhya-Lucknow highway. After this, this will now be the second residential plan. It will be developed near Rithaura village on the Ayodhya-Basti highway. In this, the process of obtaining consent has been started with the survey in the first phase to buy and acquire the land of three to four villages farmers with mutual consent. Since the construction of the grand Ram temple, people of the country want to make their homes in Ayodhya. In such a situation, the number of people who buy land here has increased rapidly. In such a situation, the prices of the city and its surrounding land are touching the sky. The situation became such that land is no longer found to buy. Therefore, on the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, all preparations have been completed by the Ayodhya Development Authority to launch another residential scheme.
