Prime Minister Narendra Modi will give a new flight to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s dream of making Ayodhya the first solar city in the country. For this, Nidhi Khare, Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India reached Ramnagari on Wednesday. He inspected solar energy projects here. Touring the Solar Park of NTPC, he gave suggestions to the authorities regarding further expansion. He said that Ayodhya has to be recognized as a world -class solar city. Continuous efforts are being made for this. He also tested the progress of the plan to set up roof top solar plant on government buildings. The Secretary of the Government of India said that the goal of Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana has to be further expanded in Ayodhya and it has to be completed in a planned manner. He also held a meeting with UPNEDA officials. During this, while reviewing various projects, directions were given. UPNEDA project manager PN Pandey and other officials were present in the meeting.
