After the meeting of the Ram Mandir construction committee, the committee’s chairman Nripendra Mishra said that the construction of the Ram temple will be completed by December. On the question of the roof of the Ram temple leaking during the rainy season, he said that we have inspected the sanctum sanctorum ourselves. The work of the Gudhi Mandap is not yet complete. When the work of the second floor is completed, there will be no possibility of water coming in.
He told that a protective layer is being made on the roof. An illusion has been created among the people that the sanctum sanctorum is filled with water. There is nothing like that. Pipes have been installed for laying electricity cables on the first floor. Some pipes are lying open. Right now, rain water has reached down through the pipes. There is no deficiency of any kind in the construction work.

Construction of the highest standard is being done. Engineers from CBRI Roorkee have inspected the construction work in Ayodhya twice and have given a certificate that the construction work is completely safe. On the question of no drainage system, he said that no one is allowed to offer water in the sanctum sanctorum of Ram Mandir. A drain has also been built in the pavilion to drain out water.
All the pavilions are built in such a way that the water drains out naturally through the drain. The water that comes after Ramlala’s bath in the sanctum sanctorum is kept safe in the tank.
