Uttar Pradesh Governor and Chancellor Anandi Ben Patel has reached the Golden Jubilee Year celebrations of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University. He is also accompanied by State Minister of State for Higher Education Rajni Tiwari. The governor arrived late by his scheduled time.
