Addressing the Vice Chancellor Conference, the Governor said that about 45 foreign universities came to India at the conference held in Delhi. 300 Vice Chancellor also attended that conference. The governor said that I had sent 23 Vice Chancellors of Uttar Pradesh to that conference. I myself was present in that conference. In that conference, an MoU of four universities in India was held with foreign universities. Today only Inter University is doing MoUs. For the last three years, university has been doing MoUs for students with interests. Said that now is the time to do MoUs with foreign universities. There is a need to see how foreign universities have moved forward. Our universities are limited. Now the situation has become the situation, even the Vice Chancellor of our university is not found among themselves. He said that the Vice Chancellors of the university should discuss together keeping in mind the interest of the students.
