The 22nd All India Different Agricultural University Sports Festival was organized at the Atal Bihari Bajpai Sports Complex of Acharya Narendra Dev Agricultural and Technology University in Ramnagri Ayodhya. Chancellor and Governor Anandiben Patel launched it by lighting a torch. All the teams saluted the Chancellor while march past. During this, Chancellor Anandiben Patel said that sports are very important to stay physically and mentally healthy. He said that sports are of two types. First political playground and second physical playground. In both these sports you have to decide which game you like. 40 percent of women are also participating in every sports competitions to be held in the university, which is a pleasure for all of us. 80 percent of women are winning medals at the convocation. Both men and women will have to come forward in every field. The one who plays will bloom and all of you have to bloom, move the country forward. To make India develop, one has to work unitedly. The Chancellor said that the Prime Minister of the country started Khelo India, in which the youth took part and they got a chance to move forward. The governor said that if the army is to be admitted, it is very important to play if you want to see the country moving forward. He appealed to each university to have sports competition in children up to inter in their area. This will make our India strong and move forward. The Vice Chancellor administered the oath of the game to all the participants. Players from 56 agricultural universities from 24 states are participating in this National Sports Festival.
