On Monday, 30 brokers have been given a complaint at Sarojninagar police station on behalf of Transportnagar RTO in the capital Lucknow. These brokers have been identified through CCTV installed in RTO. After the FIR is registered, action on the brokers is considered to be fixed. At the same time, RTO’s babus will also fall. Their tables will be changed.

Amar Ujala had revealed the syndicate of the brokers working in the RTO by publishing the news titled ‘RTO’s amazing hall … Babu Kar Kar Ain Ax, Dalal Nipat Kama’. In this sequence, news was published on the alliance of brokers and babus continuously for the last four days. After the matter came to light, the Commissioner of Transport Department BN Singh ordered an inquiry. At the same time, the list of 30 brokers and their pictures was handed over by the RTO to the police station on Monday.

Divisional inspectors Vishnu Kumar and Prashant Kumar said that the CCTC cameras of RTO had given instructions to provide photographs of suspects. On this, Additional Municipal Magistrate Three saw the footage of CCTV cameras in collaboration with ARTO (Administration). Pictures were sent to DM after marking the suspects coming to the office repeatedly. On his instructions, action is being taken to file a case.

The RTO was stirred up as soon as the news of the list of 30 brokers was handed over to the Sarojininagar police. The brokers present outside the campus also became proud. Whose pictures have been shared, whose names are in the list… It was discussed till evening.

Helpdesk started to prevent brokers

Helpdesk has been started to curb brokers in RTO. People are being made aware of the process of online application. Through social media, banners, posters, people are being told that by applying on the website parivahan.gov.in, the benefit of all facilities can be taken from home. There is no need to come to office for this.

Officials say that if a broker or any other person misleads, the assistant divisional transport officer (administration) can lodge a complaint in Lucknow’s office. You can also contact the mobile number 8005441031. Banner posters have also been installed in the RTO and the surrounding premises to prevent brokers.
