Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the public on Wednesday during a program organized at Ramkatha Park under Deepotsav 2024. During this, his speech also reflected the pain of the defeat suffered by the BJP candidate from Ayodhya during the Lok Sabha elections. Addressing the public with a heavy heart, the Chief Minister said that the BJP’s double engine government has fulfilled whatever it said for Ayodhya, but once again it is Ayodhya’s turn. Mother Sita’s ordeal should not be repeated again and again, we have to get out of this curse.
‘Yogi ji do one thing, build a temple’
Recalling the first edition of Deepotsav, CM Yogi said that the Ramkatha Mandap was small then. At that time there was only one slogan here that ‘Yogi ji do one thing, build the temple.’ Then I had said at that time that believe me, these lamps that will be lit by you are not just lamps but the belief of Sanatan Dharma, the blessings of Prabhuram will definitely be showered. Yogi Adityanath said that we are all grateful to PM Modi, due to whose foresight, on August 5, 2020, when the world was facing the Corona epidemic, the Prime Minister of India came to Ayodhya Dham to express his gratitude towards the heritage and visit the Shri Ram Temple. He completed the foundation stone laying program with his lotus flowers.
