The discussion is that the temple built at the cost of crores of rupees could not withstand the first rain. This time a clarification has been issued by the trust.

Now, Ram Mandir Trust’s general secretary Champat Rai has released some facts regarding the leaking of the roof of the Ram temple during the rains. Champat Rai says that not a single drop of water has leaked from the roof of the sanctum sanctorum where Lord Ramlala is seated, nor has water entered the sanctum sanctorum from anywhere.

Excellent arrangements have been made in a planned manner for the drainage of rainwater in the temple and the rampart complex. The work of which is also in progress. After the completion of the temple construction work, there will be no waterlogging anywhere in the temple and rampart complex. Recharge pits are also being constructed to keep the rainwater completely inside the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex.

After this, a barrier was put on the Rikabganj road and traffic was closed on one lane and repair work was started. Earlier, due to the overnight rain on Saturday, Rampath collapsed at many places around Rikabganj. Repairs were done by adding gravel and sand here.
