Due to the intense heat during Nautapa, the number of devotees in Ayodhya had decreased. As soon as the heat of Nautapa decreased, the number of devotees started increasing again. On Sunday, the temperature of the district was recorded at 38 degrees Celsius. Due to which the effect of sun and heat was less. Due to this, a tourist atmosphere was seen in Ayodhya. A large number of devotees and tourists reached Ayodhya to enjoy the holiday. On Sunday, 81 thousand devotees visited and worshipped at the court of Ramlala.

The number of devotees had decreased twofold during Nautapa. While 1.5 lakh devotees were visiting Ramlala’s court daily for darshan and puja, this number had decreased to 50 to 60 thousand during Nautapa. When Nautapa ended on Sunday, a change was also seen in the weather. A drop of four to five degrees Celsius was recorded in the temperature.

There was a hustle and bustle of devotees throughout the day on Sunday. There was a queue of devotees in Ramlala’s court from morning till evening. By five in the evening, 81 thousand devotees had attended Ramlala’s court. There was a tourist atmosphere on the banks of Saryu as well. Ram’s Paadi looked like a picnic spot. People were seen bathing in the Paadi to get rid of the heat. There was also a crowd of devotees in the Saryu Aarti held on the banks of Saryu in the evening.

Demand to build a temple of Lord Parshuram in the Ram Mandir premises

The meeting of All India Chanakya Parishad and Shri Parshuram Seva Trust was held at Press Club Civil Line. The chief guest of the meeting, National Patron of the Parishad and National President of Shri Parshuram Seva Trust Pandit Kripa Nidhan Tiwari said that it has been decided to submit a memorandum to the Chairman of Ram Mandir Nirman Samiti Nripendra Mishra demanding the construction of Lord Parshuram temple in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex. The dialogue between Lord Ram and Lord Parshuram is also a part of Ramayana. Therefore, the temple of Lord Parshuram should also be built in the Ram temple. In the meeting, a youth wing was formed to connect the youth with the Parishad and Sunil Kumar Pandey was nominated as the President. The meeting was conducted by District General Secretary Lashandhar Tripathi and presided over by former Pradhan Umashankar Tiwari. A large number of Parishad workers including Prayag Dutt Tiwari, Kaushal Kishore Mishra, KP Tiwari, Ashok Kumar Tiwari, Devendra Pandey, Indradev Prasad Choubey, Sunil Pandey, Dr. Durga Prasad Tiwari, Uma Prasad Dubey, Shivakant Tiwari were present in the meeting.
