The Samajwadi Party, which is constantly being targeted by the ruling party in the Bhadarsa rape case, has put forth its side. In the press conference held at the SP office, all the senior leaders including the former minister demanded that the culprits of the rape be hanged. Along with this, other demands were also raised including a fair investigation of the case and not taking action against the innocent. Along with this, questions were raised by showing the photos of the accused of the previous rape in BHU with the CM and other BJP leaders.

Former minister Tej Narayan Pandey said that the incident is very unfortunate. Those who commit heinous crimes should be given death penalty, but there should be a fair investigation of the incident. Innocents should not be implicated without investigation in the name of punishment and action. In this government, Yadavs and Muslims have become the definition of criminals.

He said that the bulldozer has not yet been run on the houses of the people involved in raping a seven-year-old girl in Khaki Akhara, Ayodhya. The girl’s family is still deprived of justice. When a student committed suicide in Sunbeam School, the manager was sent to jail because he was a Yadav. When a fair investigation was done, he was acquitted. 20-25 people were accused in Gomti Nagar, but the Chief Minister only remembered the names of Yadav and Muslim. A criminal has no caste, so he should not be linked to caste.

The picture of the accused of BHU rape case with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Maurya, Anurag Thakur and Swatantradev Singh has gone viral, but what action has been taken against them. CDR, location, CCTV etc. should be investigated. If SP leader Moeed Khan is found guilty, strict action should be taken against him but such action should not be taken without proving him guilty. The victim’s family should be given one crore compensation and security. An impartial investigation should be done by conducting DNA test and Narco test and the report should be made public.

BJP leaders arrived

Members of the BJP delegation reached the house of the rape victim on Sunday. Backward class welfare minister Narendra Kashyap, Rajya Sabha MPs Babu Ram Nishad and Sangeeta Balwant as well as city MLA Ved Prakash Gupta were present in this delegation. On this occasion, the BJP leaders said that the family need not be afraid of any kind of threat. Contact them in case of any kind of problem. Former Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjan also reached the house of the victim. There is a possibility of her visiting the hospital and meeting the victim. On Sunday itself, Hanumangarhi priest Raju Das handed over a cheque of Rs 51,000 to the family of the rape victim.

SP delegation wants to meet the victim: District President

SP District President Parasnath Yadav said that the entire Samajwadi Party is with the victim’s family. The SP delegation wants to meet the victim and her family. But when a leader went to meet his family, a case was registered against him. In such a situation, there is no trust in the administration as to what form it will take. Haji Feroz Khan Gabbar, Balram Maurya, Shyamkrishna Srivastava, Hamid Jafar Meesam, Raksharam Yadav, Shamsher Yadav etc. were present in the press conference.
