On the third day of the meeting of the Ram Temple Construction Committee, there was a discussion on completing the work as per the stipulated time limit. Shortage of laborers remains a matter of concern for the committee and Ram Mandir Trust. Due to this, the construction work of Ram temple is running three months behind the scheduled time. Now the new deadline for the construction of the ramparts including the Ram temple has been fixed as September 2025.

Chairman of Ram Temple Construction Committee, Nripendra Mishra said that the work is being affected due to less number of workers. There are 200 workers less. The target of completing all the work by June 2025 now seems unachievable. It will take three more months. However, work is going on on all the projects including the temple. Work on the second floor and peak of the temple is going on. Whereas the construction work of Parkota, Sapt Mandapam and Sheshavtar Temple is also going on. 8.5 lakh cubic red stones are required in the ramparts. The workers who were on leave on Diwali and Chhath festivals have not returned yet. This is affecting the pace of temple construction.

Nripendra Mishra said that a place has been selected in the campus to keep shoes and slippers for the devotees. Construction of a building at this location will be started this week. General Secretary of Ram Mandir Trust Champat Rai, Trustee Dr. Anil Mishra, construction in-charge Gopal Rao, architect Ashish Sompura and engineers of the executing organization were present in the meeting.
