Yuglesh Pratap Singh (61), a resident of Anjanipuram Colony in the city, was retired from the post of Weight Measure Inspector. On Thursday morning, he came out of Scooty to bring milk to Shakti Nagar Colony. While coming home around seven in the morning, the speeding car coming from Devkali hit him strongly.

He was seriously injured in the accident. Local people rushed him to the district hospital at 7:40 am, where doctors declared him dead. Nagar Kotwal Ashwani Pandey informed that the vehicle who is accident is being searched.
