Ramlala is seated in the Ram temple in the form of a five year old boy. Therefore, special arrangements are made to protect him from cold and heat. Ram temple priest Premchand Tripathi said that since Nautapa is going on at this time and the intensity of heat has increased. Therefore, Ramlala is being given cold dishes in the offering. He is being dressed in cotton clothes. Earlier, aarti was performed with lamps in the morning, now aarti is done by spreading flowers all around in a silver plate. Also, curd is given to him in the morning and evening in the offering. Besides this, fruit juice and lassi are also offered. Seasonal fruits are also included in the offering.
AC has been installed in the sanctum sanctorum to protect Thakur and Kishori Ji seated in Laxman Kila from heat. Temple official Suryaprakash Sharan says that after the consecration of the Lord, it is believed that he has life in him. That is why arrangements are made for bhog, decoration and rest. Due to this belief, the Lord is also served according to the weather. At this time, dishes that provide cooling effect including cucumber, sattu, curd are being offered to the Lord.
Coolers and ACs have been installed in the sanctum sanctorum of temples
In Siddha Peeth Hanumangarhi also, coolers have been arranged for Hanuman Ji Maharaj in the summer season. Whereas AC has been installed in the sanctum sanctorum in Shriram Vallabh Kunj and Hanuman Bagh. Mahant Karuna Nidhan Sharan of Siyaram Kila Jhunki Ghat said that various measures have been taken to protect the Yugal Sarkar seated in the temple from the heat. Flowers are used for Aarti. Similarly, in other temples of Ramnagari also, the process of Raag-Bhog has been changed due to the scorching heat.
