Ayodhya. A gang that took lakhs of rupees from students to get seats in the BAC Nursing entrance examination was busted on Friday. The police have arrested three of the Solver gang and sent them to jail.
SSP Rajkaran Nayyar said that last month, 11 B.Sc Nursing students were found in Rajarshi Dashrath Medical College, whose photos could not be matched. On the complaint of the college principal, a case of fraud was registered against these students and investigation was started. Taking the matter seriously, a police team was formed under the leadership of Inspector-in-charge Manoj Kumar Sharma. After this the team started action and detained all the suspects and interrogated them.
During this, Ajay Singh, resident of Rehra Khurd village, Kathela Samay Mata police station of Siddharthnagar district, Ritanshu Maurya, resident of Lakhraura of Ramnagar Kotwali area of Barabanki and Sachin Rajvanshi, resident of Chhoti Line of Khairabad police station area of Sitapur, confessed their crime during interrogation. All three told that in the B.Sc Nursing entrance examination, lakhs of rupees were taken from the students and other students were made to solve the paper in their place and through this, the students who paid the money got seats in the medical college.
