The Regional Transport Office (RTO) has fixed the rates of these special numbers. Online booking facility has also been provided for them.

ARTO Doctor RP Singh said that the vehicle owners who want to do these desired numbers will have to go to the first portal and book. The number will be allotted to the highest bidder after the auction process.
