
In Ayodhya on Thursday, mock drills were done to test preparations to deal with the danger of possible floods in rivers. In this episode, on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Ramnagari Ayodhya, 12 departments at four places amid online monitoring of the Disaster Management Authority from Lucknow made mock drills to ensure relief and rescue in the rivers Saryu and Ghaghra. In this episode, the NDRF team evacuated the young man drowned in Saryu and took them to the hospital. DM Nikhil Tikaram Funde said that mock drills were done at four places of Rudauli, Sohawal and Sadar in the district. Through this, it was ensured that if the flood affected people drown in the river or get stuck in the water, then how to rescue them. People from 12 other departments along with the irrigation department participated in the mock drill. Mock drill was performed on a large scale at Kathy Majha in Rudauli. Villagers were taught disaster management tricks in the presence of ADM FR Mahendra Singh and SSP Rural Balwant Chaudhary in Rudauli. During this time a young man drowned in the Saryu river. On the plea of the villagers, the police department team rescued the youth and took them to the health camp located nearby. The doctor present in the camp sent the community health center to Rudauli, where he is undergoing treatment. In fact, this mock drill was being done by the district administration at Kathy Majha, located on the banks of the Saryu river under Rudauli tehsil. In this, the villagers of the village situated on the banks of Saryu were being informed about the measures to rescue during the disaster like floods.
