The court has taken a tough stand on Friday for not appearing in the case of assault in the police station in Ayodhya, UP. Even after the non -bailable warrant is issued, the arrest of 10 policemen who did not appear in the court have been ordered. On not following the order of the court, the judge also ordered the Senior Superintendent of Police to issue a letter for compliance with the court order. This action has been pronounced by the court of Special Judge SC ST Act Shivani Jaiswal.

The case is to beat Rajkumar Sonkar, a businessman of Fatehganj, and imprisoned inside the Inayatnagar police station. In the case, the court had issued an order for non -bailable warrant against the accused 10 policemen. Also directed to be arrested and produced in court. Even after this, the accused policemen did not appear. The court has taken a tough stand on this.
The court summoned all the accused involved in the incident, including the then SO Jung Bahadur Singh, on 17 January 2014 by the court of ACJM III in several crimes including SC/ST Act. Despite the order of the accused High Court, the court did not appear even after 9 months. The Special Judge has fixed the date of 19 April 2025 for the hearing, ordering the issuance of a letter to the Senior Superintendent of Police of Ayodhya in this regard.
