In view of the problems faced by the local people due to the presence of devotees in Ramnagari, Mayor Mahant Girish husband Tripathi has met Commissioner Gaurav Dayal, District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh and Senior Superintendent of Police Raj Karan Nayyar. After this, the administrative officials have decided to give the citizens of Ayodhya a discount of convenience in traffic. The Mayor said that the administration has agreed that the citizens of Ayodhya will be given the facility to and from the barrier at an interval of every 20 minutes by looking at the Aadhaar card. This facility will not be for traffic on Rampath. He informed that people will now get the facility to come with the vehicle from the barrier installed at Deenbandhu Tiraha, Ramghat intersection, Vidyakund, Ashrafi Bhawan Square, Rajghat. An announcement will also be made in this regard from the Municipal Corporation’s public address system. He informed that ambulances will be available at places like Devkali Tiraha, Deenbandhu Tiraha, Teri Bazaar, Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, Hanumangarhi, Dasharatha Mahal etc. from where citizens will be able to get medical help in emergency. The mayor said that the facility of crossing Rampath will be accessible from Udaya Public School and Mohabar intersection. He said that the facilities will be increased further if the crowd is reduced.
