Electrification of 3,858 houses will start from next month – Ayodhya News


Ayodhya. For a long time, 3,858 houses in the district deprived of electrification will now be illuminated with electricity. After approval from the Union Ministry of Energy, the executive body is nominated, which will start work from next month. The institution has been given one year time to complete the work.

In the last few years, gram sabhas have expanded in different areas of the district. When people started living by building houses in fields and barns etc., then electricity could not reach their homes completely. Many people used to light electricity from here and there. Many families are still forced to live life in the dark. He was knocking on the door of public representatives and officials about this, but he was not getting benefits due to lack of budget. 3,858 families of 405 Majors were marked in this category.

For a long time, the government took concrete initiative to overcome this problem prevailing throughout the mandal. PMA Gaurav Gupta said that in the third phase of Saubhagya Yojana, work was planned in this direction. A proposal for this was sent, which was approved by the Union Electricity Ministry in March 2024 itself. For this, the district received Rs 18 crore. It was to arrange for new transformers, electricity pillars, cables etc. in these Majars and electrification. Now the government has nominated Pioneer Power Engineers Limited Lucknow for this as the executive body.
