Kameshwar Chaupal, who had the first brick in the foundation stone of the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, died in Delhi. Kameshwar Chaupal, a trustee of Ram Janmabhoomi construction and former Bihar Legislative Council member, breathed his last at the age of 68. Family members said that he died on Thursday midnight in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. He was unable to recover after the kidney transplant in August. His death has led to a wave of mourning in the entire thought family including Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Bharatiya Janata Party, Vishwa Hindu Parishad. The Sangh gave him the status of the first car servant. His body is coming to Patna. After noon the body will reach the residence in Beur in Patna and then the Legislative Council will go. This will then be taken to Supaul at night, where the funeral will take place.

In 2002, he became a member of the Bihar Legislative Council. In 2014, the BJP fielded him against Pappu Yadav’s wife Ranjita Ranjan, but he did not succeed here. His name as Deputy Chief Minister once in 2020 also jumped, although he himself came and said that he does not want anything for himself.
