Azad Samaj Party candidate Santosh Kumar alias Suraj Chaudhary also filed nomination papers in one set for the by-election on Milkipur seat of Ayodhya. The party led by MP Chandrashekhar Azad had already declared Sooraj as its candidate. Suraj is a rebel leader of Samajwadi Party. He has been the state secretary of SP Backward Class Cell. He was considered close to MP Awadhesh Prasad. After SP’s announcement of giving ticket to MP’s son Ajit Prasad, Suraj broke ties with SP along with his supporters. Now they will spoil the game of the MP’s son and the SP candidate in the by-election. After filing nomination, Suraj said that he will become the voice of the downtrodden people of Milkipur. Will stand with them in all their sorrows and pains.
