There was a massive collision between a Scorpio and a car of tourists from Jharkhand and Gujarat on Tuesday afternoon on Prayagraj Highway in front of the petrol pump in Khajurhat Bazaar of Bikapur Kotwali area of ​​Ayodhya district. The Scorpio caught fire after the collision. The fire was extinguished by the petrol pump operator. There was an outcry on the spot after the incident. 10 people traveling in both the vehicles were injured in the accident. Kotwali police and local people took out the injured people trapped in the vehicle and sent them to Community Health Center Bikapur for treatment through three ambulances. After first aid, doctors Dr. Sant Kumar Maurya and Dr. Dharmendra Ranjan referred all the injured to the district hospital. It was told that after worshiping in Ayodhya, the visitors from Jharkhand were going to Prayagraj Mahakumbh. Meanwhile, the visitors from Gujarat coming towards Ayodhya from Prayagraj turned their vehicle towards the petrol pump to fill petrol and there was a head-on collision between the two vehicles. The injured included Anuradha (50), Manni Devi (40), Mamta (25), Neha Kumari (21), resident of Gulli Police Station Itkhori, Jharkhand, Nitin (45), Manthan (17), Varsha (37), Shreya ( 11), Kishore Parmar (62) and one other. The condition of the two injured is said to be serious. Both the vehicles have been damaged in the accident. Inspector-in-charge Lalchand Saroj said that all the injured in the accident have been sent to the hospital.
