Lakhs of devotees are likely to gather for the darshan of Ramlala on New Year. Due to this, the darshan of Ramlala on Wednesday will be one hour more. Four queues have also been extended so that more and more devotees can have darshan. More than two lakh devotees are likely to reach Ramlala’s court on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, on the eve of New Year, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust held a meeting with officials of security agencies and prepared a blueprint for the convenience and security of the devotees. On January 1, the darshan period of Ramlala has been increased by one hour. The Shayan Aarti pass which was to be held at 9:30 pm on this day has been postponed. Devotees will be able to be present during the Aarti also. In this way the duration of darshan will increase by 30 minutes. At the same time, the duration of darshan of Ramlala in the afternoon has been increased by 30 minutes.
SP Security Balramachari Dubey said that four queues have been increased so that more and more devotees can have darshan of Ramlala. Devotees will be given darshan in a total of 15 queues from Ram Janmabhoomi Darshan Path to the entrance of Ram Temple. Out of these, seven rows have been reserved for men and seven for women. One row has been reserved for Sugam Pass holders and wheel chairs. Stretchers will also be provided at various places on the darshan path so that if devotees fall ill, they can be provided immediate treatment.
At the same time, where there is no railing on the Darshan Path, barriers have been installed. So that the crowd can be controlled. As the crowd increases, the devotees will be given darshan intermittently. ATS personnel have also been deployed for security. A large number of soldiers in plain uniform will remain alert among the devotees and will take the responsibility of security.
