On the riots in Bahraich, Congress National Secretary Satyanarayan Patel said that where riots occur, the district administration and government fail. The country and the state government have failed in all matters. Raj Dharma means that our people should be free, happy, the Constitution and laws should be followed and enforced. This is the moral responsibility of the government and this government has failed in it. This government is only scaring the public that they will use bulldozers.
