More than 2500 crores have been spent so far on the construction work going on in the complex including the Ram temple. The deadline for the construction of all the projects including the temple has been fixed as June 2025. The Ram Mandir Trust believes that the government will get goods and service tax (GST) of about Rs 400 crore from the construction work.

Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, says that about Rs 400 crore will be received in the form of GST from the construction of Ram temple. So far, the government has received GST of about Rs 166 crore from the construction of the temple. However, the actual tax collection figure will be known only after the construction work is completed. It is estimated that about four thousand crore rupees will be spent on the construction of all the projects including the Ram temple.

Champat Rai said that a total of 18 temples will be built in the complex being developed on 70 acres. This will include temples of Maharishi Valmiki, Maharishi Vashishtha, Maharishi Agastya, Mata Bhagwati, Nishadraj, Ahalya, Shabari, Tulsidas etc. Apart from this, a museum, trust office, guest house will also be built. We will pay 100 percent tax. Not even a rupee will be reduced in tax.

Two lakh devotees will be able to have darshan easily every day

Champat Rai says that Ram Mandir is being constructed with the help of the society. The arrangements of the temple have been made in such a way that two lakh devotees can visit the temple with ease every day. Special arrangements have been made for elderly and handicapped devotees. Wheelchairs are provided free of cost by the trust on just showing the Aadhar card. Also, there is a provision of passes for daily visitors. There is also a provision of passes for easy darshan. Lockers have been made to store luggage.
