The colours of Jhoolnotsav have become vibrant in Ramnagari. The colours of Ayodhya, which is crowded with devotees, have become even brighter. Singing and playing of musical instruments are in full swing in the temples. Devotees are delighted in Jhoolnotsav, which is decorated with a blend of culture and music along with spirituality. A huge crowd of devotees has gathered in Ayodhya for the Sawan Purnima bath.
More than five lakh devotees have reached Ayodhya. Entry of four-wheelers has been banned in Ayodhya. The entire fair area is being monitored with CCTV and drones. There is a lot of excitement about Jhoolan Mahotsav in the monasteries and temples of Ayodhya. On the eve of Purnima Snan, the main festival of Jhoolan Utsav, a flood of devotees thronged Ramnagari.
Devotees from every corner of the country have gathered to see the spectacle of their idol swinging on a grand swing. Lakhs of devotees took a dip in the Saryu on Sunday and offered prayers at various temples. More than one lakh devotees had attended the court of Ram Lalla till 8 pm.
The devotees performed darshan and puja throughout the day and in the evening they thronged the monastery and temples for the Jhoolan Mahotsav. 10 lakh devotees are expected to gather in Ayodhya on Sawan Purnima. Tableaus were also decorated in the monastery and temples. The devotees were delighted to see the forms of God.
