SP President Akhilesh Yadav has given a statement on the theft of lights installed on the newly constructed Rampath and Bhaktipath in Ayodhya. He quipped that BJP government means darkness everywhere.

Let us tell you that a case was registered regarding the theft of modern lights installed on Rampath and Bhaktipath and the matter is being investigated.
In the complaint filed by Shekhar Sharma, an employee of Yash Enterprises, it has been stated that 6400 bamboo lights were installed on the trees of Rampath and 96 gobo projector lights were installed on Bhaktipath.
All the lights were there till 19 April, but on inspection on 19 May it was found that some lights were missing. So far 3800 bamboo lights and 36 gobo projector lights have been stolen.
