Ayodhya. A delegation of Nishad community met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at the Circuit House and submitted a memorandum. During this, the CM was thanked for providing immediate justice in the case of the rape victim of Bhadarsa area. Along with this, some demands were also made.
Under the leadership of District President of Nishad Samaj Santosh Nishad, a demand was made to the CM that the victim’s family should be given financial help of Rs. 25 lakh from the government level. Landless families should get one hectare of agricultural land for livelihood. Along with making arrangements for housing, an advocate should be made available to plead the case in the court. Similarly, information was given about many other problems of the Nishad Samaj of the district and their solution was demanded.
