Ayodhya. In the Agniveer recruitment rally, 1300 youths from three districts appeared for the examination after going through various complex procedures. The successful candidates were selected for medical examination. On Thursday, the youth of Kushinagar, Kaushambi, Sant Kabir Nagar and Siddharth Nagar will try their luck to become Agniveer.
On Wednesday, on the third day of Agniveer recruitment rally at Dogra Regimental Center, 1300 youth from Ambedkar Nagar, Basti and Maharajganj participated in the army recruitment rally for the General Duty category. According to ARO Amethi Colonel SK More, the candidates queued up at the recruitment ground from 3 am in the morning. Everyone was allowed to enter the ground after checking. The youth first participated in the 1600 meter race test. Candidates who successfully completed the race in a period of 5:45 minutes were selected for the next round.
In the first phase, the selected candidates underwent physical tests through zig zag balance, nine feet ditch, beam and chin-up. The successful youth underwent height, weight and chest measurement tests. After this, the selected youth were selected for medical test after checking their original certificates. On Thursday, candidates from Kushinagar, Kaushambi, Sant Kabir Nagar and Siddharth Nagar districts will try their luck for the post of General Duty.
